U.S. Supreme Court To Hear Chandler Death Row Inmate Case

Can someone convicted of two murders decades ago have the opportunity to present evidence of his abusive childhood to a jury?

This will be decided by the United States Supreme Court when they hear the case of McKinney v. Arizona involving death row inmate James McKinney, who was convicted of two-counts of first-degree murder in 1991.
