Gov. Ducey Concerned About Arizona Corporation Commission 'Mission Creep'

Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey says the state’s utility regulators may be overstepping their bounds when it comes to some of the policies they’ve been discussing and enacting.

The governor says there’s been a bit of “mission creep” on the part of the Arizona Corporation Commission, and that his office and the Legislature should maybe be more involved in some areas of energy regulation.
