Reverse Mortgages Come With Benefits, Potential Pitfalls

Reverse mortgages can be a way for homeowners over 62 years old to increase their cash flow.

But they can also cause problems for their families in some cases — when those homeowners pass away or if they have to move out of their homes.

Russ Wiles, personal finance and business reporter for the Arizona Republic, joined The Show to explain how reverse mortgages work, as well as the benefits and potential pitfalls.
