Arizona House Minority Leader: 2019 Legislative Session Was 'Chaos'

Arizona lawmakers adjourned their 2019 session a few weeks ago, but not before spending more than 130 days together and ending with some contentious battles on the budget and other issues.

Last week,  Senate President Karen Fann shared her perspective on this year’s session.

House Minority Leader Charlene Fernandez offers a view from the Democratic side.

The Show sat down with her in her office recently and started the conversation by asking how she’d describe the 2019 session.
