The Phoenix City Council is meeting Tuesday to discuss the next steps for the Phoenix Police Department.
Those steps include looking into an early intervention system for police officers, as well as a civilian review board.
Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego called the afternoon meeting at the Orpheum Theatre to address community concerns after a video showed officers drawing their weapons on a family with young children.
