Could A Lack Of Sleep Lead To High Blood Pressure?

Many of us wake up really early for work and, it turns out, that could be even worse for our health than previously thought.

New research from University of Arizona researcher Caroline Doyle showed a clear link between sleepless nights and high blood pressure, and that could be the reason so many studies show that sleep problems increase the risk of heart attack, stroke and death from cardiovascular disease.

But there is something we can do about it. The Show got a hold of Doyle for more insight.
