How Arizona’s Empowerment Scholarship Account program impacts Arizona’s schools has been a big topic of discussion over the past several years.
Now the Goldwater Institute, which helped usher in the program, has a new report called “ The Public School Benefits of Education Savings Accounts.”
Matt Beienburg is Goldwater’s director of education policy and the report’s author. The Show spoke with him about the report.
