A judge has tentatively set a trial date for Nathan Sutherland, the former Hacienda Healthcare nurse who allegedly raped one of his patients, for February 2020.

Phoenix police obtained a DNA sample from several individuals, including Sutherland. His DNA matched that of the baby’s, according to police.
