It’s been clear for a number of years that Arizona’s institutions of higher learning are a driving force in the economy.
A lot of credit, in particular, has gone to ASU for the impact its downtown Phoenix campus has had. Grand Canyon University’s decision to expand its West Valley investments has also helped revive nearby areas.
Based on reporting by The Phoenix Business Journal, developers and other businesses — many tech-focused — want to work with ASU, GCU, UA and NAU on construction and building projects.
