The Show regularly checks in with Editorial Board of the Arizona Republic to talk about the big issues facing the state and the region — featured in the newspaper’s Viewpoints section.
Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres was spotted sitting next to, and talking with, former President George W. Bush at a Dallas Cowboys game earlier this month.
The two seemed to be getting along well, which some observers thought was a good thing — as DeGeneres and Bush are generally on different sides politically. But others, including actor Mark Ruffalo, were offended by the pairing.
Phil Boas, editorial director of the Arizona Republic, joined The Show for his weekly appearance to talk about it.
Sorry, until George W. Bush is brought to justice for the crimes of the Iraq War, (including American-lead torture, Iraqi deaths & displacement, and the deep scars—emotional & otherwise—inflicted on our military that served his folly), we can’t even begin to talk about kindness. https://t.co/dpMwfck6su
