Lots of beers try to evoke specific images — think hip rooftop parties, cool, clean rivers or really interesting guys enjoying a cold one.
But one new brew is trying to tell a different story: that of Arizona’s water future.
The beer is called Hydrolager, and Arizona Republic columnist and digital opinions editor Joanna Allhands worked with Phoenix-based Wren House Brewing on the project.
