All Arizona Motor Vehicle Division services are back online following a computer outage that temporarily shut down all services.
Technicians found a malfunction overnight on Wednesday with a fiber optic line that serves multiple state agencies.
MVD spokesman Doug Nick said earlier Thursday that customers were out of luck until the issue was resolved. Officials urged customers to delay visits to all MVD offices and servicearizona.com during the outage.
Nick said an outside vendor worked on correcting the problem, which was fixed by around noon on Thursday.
