Navy Secretary Richard Spencer was asked to resign over the weekend. Reportedly, the Defense Secretary Mark Esper and President Trump lost confidence in Spencer over his handling of a case involving a Navy SEAL accused of war crimes in Iraq, who was recently pardoned.
