David Salvo says the interference that happened in 2016 is not limited to that election.
Salvo is deputy director at the Alliance for Securing Democracy — a bi-partisan group based in Washington, D.C., which focuses on stopping foreign efforts to undermine democracy.
He was in town this week to speak at the National Conference of State Legislatures meeting.
