Phoenix Embracing Some New Parks Trends In 2020

The city of Phoenix manages more than 45,000 acres of parks and mountain preserves.

The Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for everything from repairing trails and replacing playground equipment to maintaining sports fields and adding new facilities.

The Show explored what's happening and what's to come for Phoenix parks.
