Hobbs: More Than $120,000 Allocated For Arizona Library Projects

More than $120,000 has been allocated for library construction and renovation projects in Arizona. That includes a new outlet for the Scottsdale Public Library.

The new branch of Scottsdale’s library, called the Rio Montana Express, has been awarded $25,000. That’s according to a press release from Secretary of State Katie Hobbs.

Another $48,200 will go toward a youth center at the Show Low Public Library.

And Yavapai County’s Free Library District will use another $48,200 grant for a new meeting room.

All that money comes from Arizona’s State Grants-in-Aid program.
