Education was, of course, a major theme during Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey's State of the State address on Monday.
The governor celebrated school choice and promised additional funding for schools as well as the fulfillment of his 20x2020 promise to raise teacher pay.
But his comments were missing some key items, according to Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction Kathy Hoffman.
