Phoenix Chef Danielle Leoni Is A Champion Of Sustainable Seafood — In The Desert

When we talk about the battle to fight climate change, you might think first about policy — how lawmakers can affect change. But chef Danielle Leoni of the Breadfruit & Rum Bar in downtown Phoenix wants you to also think about what you eat. 

She’s a leader in the food world in offering sustainable seafood — in the desert.

The Show joined her recently at her restaurant before prep began for a dinner service. Leoni talked about what role she sees chefs playing in fighting climate change.
