What Should We Do With Freed Up Water After Closure Of Navajo Generating Station?

The closure of coal-fired power plants like the Navajo Generating Station leaves questions about new energy sources, economics and water.

Here in the west, those plants use a large amount of water that will be freed up as plants shut down.
