When School Is The Safest Place For Kids; Concerns Over School Closures For Low-Income Students

Arizona's school closures may have implications beyond child care and continuing education for some families. Title I schools serve low-income students — students who may depend on their schools for reliable meals and a safe place to go during the day.

Carly Whitehead, the Title I coordinator for the Glendale Union High School District, joined The Show to talk about what could this mean for Title I students.
