March 17 is Election Day in Arizona, as Democrats will be casting their ballots for their party’s presidential nominee.

Recent polls have shown former Vice President Joe Biden with a lead over Sen. Bernie Sanders in Arizona. The Presidential Preference Election comes, of course, in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.

On Monday, Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs said the election would go on as planned, and that the longer the state waits, the more “difficult and dangerous it could become.”

Arizona Democratic Party Chair Felecia Rotellini joined The Show to explain why postponement wouldn't have been a good idea.
