Arizona's state lawmakers will be back at the Capitol today. Normally, that by itself at the end of March would not be a surprise.
But there was some hope last week that the Legislature would pass a so-called “baseline budget” and either adjourn their session or take some time off to see how the coronavirus affects Arizona.
