Law enforcement agencies have dramatically increased their usage of body cameras in recent years. The agencies and their communities say this is all in the pursuit of increased transparency.
Policies do vary from department to department, though, as Arizona Mirror reporter Jerod McDonald-Evoy discovered when he made a records request to the Tempe Police Department and received a video that was blurred.
The Show spoke with McDonald-Evoy, who explained what he learned about the department's policy.
