As the number of American COVID-19 cases continues to rise, health officials and government authorities have asked people to practice social distancing through measures such as avoiding crowded locations and staying six feet apart from another person.
In times like these, we need to cooperate with each other more than ever.
However, when disasters hit, whether they be pandemics or hurricanes, can we expect people to step up and do their part?
