Is Moving To Mail-In Balloting For November's Election A Sensible Decision?

The primary season for the remaining Democrats running for president — former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders — has been upended by the coronavirus.

Chad Dunn is the director of Litigation for the Voting Rights Project.
