NAU Researcher: U.S. Supply Chain Holding Up Under Difficult Circumstances

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused disruptions and changes to the nation’s supply chain. Some examples of these changes include people stocking up on certain items at the grocery store, and people being forced to look for new sources of products that are made in China.

These changes are something Ben Ruddell has been studying. Ruddell is the director of the School of Informatics, Computing and Cyber Systems at Northern Arizona University and the lead investigator on the FEWSION Project, which monitors domestic supply chains.

The Show spoke to Ruddell about what stands out to him about the country's supply chains during the COVID-19 pandemic.
