The city of Phoenix, Phoenix Police Department and Arizona Coalition to end Sexual and Domestic Violence have a new initiative called Domestic Violence Help! The goal is to connect victims of domestic violence to resources.
Members of the City Council are appearing in a new series of public service announcements in English and Spanish.
