It seems like everyone has been picking up a hobby during this time or completing some projects at least. However, some people are taking hobbies and skills they already had and are using them to help others.
Tucson resident Dorothy Boager crocheted nearly 3,000 lap blankets for veterans and cancer patients.
Her good friend then nominated her and she was recognized by Ben’s Bells, a local organization that tries to inspire people to practice kindness as a way of life. All the blankets were donated to someone who needs them.
