COVID-19 has prompted changes to personal behavior and how people do business.
When it comes to the housing sector, it means using video more frequently, according to Arizona Realtors President Mary Roberts.
“This is going to be pretty much the new normal, maybe not the virtual walk-throughs for buyers. But definitely sellers are going to come to expect to have some virtual 360 tours of their homes,” she said.
Roberts also said when setting up in-person home showings, she asks buyers and sellers if they’ve been sick recently or if they’ve traveled out of the country as a safety precaution.
