The University of Arizona feels confident it will be able to welcome students, staff and faculty back safely to campus next school year.
Speaking Tuesday on NBC’s “Today Show,” university President Robert Robbins talked about the reliability of coronavirus antibody testing that his institution is pioneering.
“The rate of our false positive tests on this antibody test is one in 3.5 million. We know that it is the most accurate test that has been developed," Robbins said.
In April, Robbins announced a partnership with the state to provide as many as 250,000 tests this month.
He said anyone on campus who wants a test in the fall will be able to receive one.
