Veterans Can Get A Free COVID-19 Antibody Test Saturday

Veterans with valid identification can get a free coronavirus antibody test at the Nancy Perry Productions Car Show in Glendale on Saturday.

The rapid antibody tests are 93% accurate and offer results in about 10 minutes — and let an individual know whether or not they have coronavirus antibodies, or if their immune system is actively developing them. The test requires a finger prick,  unlike the nasal swab tests which test for active infection.

The tests will be available at the Nancy Perry Productions Car Show at 67th Avenue and Bell Road from 5 to 8 p.m.

Veterans who get the test also get a free large taco from Mixteca Restaurant.

Members of the general public can get tests as well, but they cost $40.
