What The Supreme Court Ruling Could Mean For The Future Of DACA

Thursday’s decision from the  U.S. Supreme Court to uphold the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA, came as a welcome reprieve to the hundreds of thousands of “Dreamers” who have relied on it as a lifeline to keep them in the country for the last several years. 

But the decision does not settle the issue. In fact, it raises more questions about the future of these students.

For more on what’s next, The Show spoke with Angela Banks, a professor of law at Arizona State University's Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law who specializes in immigration.
