As Policy Expires, Arizona Eviction Concerns Rise During Pandemic

COVID-19 is still surging in Arizona. Many businesses have shut back down after reopening and thousands of Arizonans are still out of work. And as the economy dips into a recession, there's growing concern about how people are going to pay the bills.

KJZZ's Katherine Davis-Young has been reporting on the issues of housing and evictions, and The Show spoke with her for more on how Arizona has been assisting renters during the pandemic.

For more on the national overview, The Show spoke to Alieza Durana, a media strategist at the Eviction Lab at Princeton University.
