Gurney is a professor and research scientist in the School of Informatics, Computing and Cybersystems at Northern Arizona University.
He and his colleagues have been looking into the relationship between daily traffic data and the number of COVID-19 cases in a particular place. The Show spoke with him about what exactly he was hoping to find.
