Wednesday, July 29, is the last day to mail your ballot for the August Primary Election. If you haven’t mailed out your ballot yet, it may be better not to mail it at all.
Maricopa County voters that miss the deadline for mailing their ballot have two options: drop the early ballot at a secure dropbox or voting location by Aug. 4, or vote in person on election day.
Dropboxes and voting locations across Maricopa County are already open, and are operating with social distancing measures. Locations for both can be found on the Maricopa County Elections Department website.
For those who choose to vote on election day, the county has moved to a Vote Center election model. This means voters can choose the time and location that works for them, including nights and weekends, on or before election day.
