Phil Boas: Arizona May Be Turning Blue — But Not Like Other States

The Aug. 4 primary election in Arizona featured a lot of predictable outcomes and a few surprises. But the most impactful factor that could affect November has to do with voter turnout, which is typically low for a primary. Numbers and passion were up, especially on the Democratic side.

The Show spoke with Phil Boas of the Republic to talk about a column he wrote about whether Arizona is turning blue this year.
