School is back in session for lots of Arizona students, and for many of them, that’s happening online. While there’s been a lot of talk about some of the challenges and opportunities of remote schooling, much of that discussion has focused on core academic subjects.
But there’s more to school than reading, writing and arithmetic — physical education, for example.
How does that work online?
Paige Levy is a PE teacher at Kyrene Digital Academy, where she teaches students in kindergarten through eighth grade. The Show spoke with her about some of her strategies for teaching physical education when she can’t be in a gym or on a field with her students.
