ASU spokesperson Christopher Fiscus says the university has policies to isolate students who have tested positive for coronavirus while living on campus.

The university works with infected students with medical needs. It also oversees their isolation and, if necessary, moves students to alternative housing.

ASU Health Services will ask infected students for a list of everyone they’ve been in contact with for more than 10 minutes and closer than 6 feet.  Everyone who meets that criteria is labeled high risk.

It also contacts those possibly exposed and instructs them to isolate for 14 days.
