Intersections on Glendale Avenue, between Central and the 51 in Phoenix, have a new kind of traffic signal.
A company called No Traffic has installed AI-based “smart” traffic lights at the intersections as part of a pilot project that officials hope will help traffic move more smoothly and efficiently.
