Arizona voters in Maricopa County are getting instructions about how to “correct” a wrong vote and cast their vote as desired — without requesting a new ballot.
Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes has prepared the directions — directions that appear to be legally questionable, but that will be sent to voters nonetheless.
