How COVID-19 Took The Air Out Of Goodyear's Nike Plant

In the summer of 2019, Goodyear entered into an agreement that would have brought a Nike manufacturing plant to the city. The move was expected to create at least 500 jobs and had some observers invoking the corny but accurate phrase — it’s a great year for Goodyear.
