A new analysis by the commercial real estate firm CBRE ranks Phoenix No. 18 out of 50 North American cities on its tech talent scorecard.
The report looks at factors including the concentration of tech workers, education, cost of living and the average wage for tech jobs.
Phoenix came in just behind Minneapolis and Montreal, and just ahead of San Diego and Portland, Oregon.
