Arizona's Voter Registration Deadline Is Monday, Oct. 5

UPDATE:  Arizona Voter Registration Deadline Extended To Oct. 23

Monday, Oct. 5 is the last day to register to vote in the general election.

State law requires voters must be registered 29 days prior to an election. Voters must be a citizen of the United States who will be 18 years old or more by the general election on Nov. 3.

People who have moved or changed their name or political party affiliation should update their voter registration information.

If you have an Arizona driver's license or a state ID card issued by the Motor Vehicle Division you can register online at ServiceArizona.com.

Maricopa County residents can check their voter status online at BeBallotReady.vote.

Early ballots will be mailed out Oct. 7.
