Maricopa County Says Voters Should Not Fear Harassment At Polls

President Donald Trump and members of his campaign have been calling for poll watchers to target alleged voter fraud.

Maricopa County Elections Department spokesperson Diana Solorio says there are regulations in place to prevent voter harassment.

“Individuals who are not there to vote must stand outside the vote center," she said.

Solorio said Arizona law prohibits voter interference. She said there will be poll workers at the vote centers that directly monitor the voting process and those employees can contact the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office if there is a disturbance.
