In Pima County, as of 8 a.m. on Nov. 4, officials are five precincts away from completing their Election Day recording, with nearly 73% of the county’s registered voters casting ballots.
During early voting in Tucson and throughout the county, there had been complaints of voter intimidation, and uniformed officers were placed at polling locations. They were pulled from the sites for Election Day, but, regardless, voting went off on Tuesday without incident.
