Arizonans are still having their ballots counted the day after Election Day.
Secretary of State Katie Hobbs told CNN on Wednesday that there are around 600,000 ballots that remain uncounted, 450,000 of which are from Maricopa County.
“The bulk of those votes are early ballots that were dropped off or received Monday or Tuesday so that’s what we’re looking at right now," Hobbs said.
Democrat Joe Biden has maintained a lead on President Trump in Arizona. But as a result of still counting ballots, the state is not ready to call the race for either candidate.
