Bureau Of Land Management Rescinds Fire Restrictions In Arizona

The U.S Bureau of Land Management lifted fire restrictions to all of its managed Arizona public lands Wednesday.

The agency determined with the recent rainfall and cooler temperatures, wildfires are less likely to occur. However, they remind hikers and visitors that wildfires are always possible.

Fireworks and exploding targets are banned on federally managed lands, and the bureau asks visitors to be aware of possible area fire restrictions and take fire safety precautions when building campfires, grilling and using firearms.
