As Arizona continues moving closer to counting all outstanding ballots, most races have been decided. But, there are still a few that are too close to call.
In the state’s highly-watched U.S. Senate race, though, Mark Kelly is now Senator-elect Mark Kelly. He’s working out of a temporary office space he was assigned in Washington, D.C.
But the incumbent, Sen. Martha McSally, has not yet conceded the race — despite trailing Kelly by more votes than there are left to count. So what does that mean?
