Gov. Doug Ducey has made four appointments to the Arizona State Retirement System Board of Trustees.
The board oversees pensions for more than 500,000 Arizonans.
State universities, community college districts and other school districts are served by the pension, as well as fire districts, water districts and other political entities.
The governor appointed Diane Landis and Ashley Ruiz to their first terms, and reappointed Kevin McCarthy and Michael Lofton to the nine-member board.
