Arizona Businesses Navigating Liability Issues Related To COVID-19

As the number of COVID-19 cases continues to increase, many businesses are trying to figure out how to operate safely with changing conditions and guidance. And Courtney Beller says there’s a lot of uncertainty among employers, in terms of how to keep everyone healthy and avoid being sued by employees or customers over COVID-19-related issues.

Beller is vice chair of business litigation at the law firm Fennemore Craig and says certain types of industries are more likely than others to be impacted based on what they do — think health care and elder care settings, for example.

The Show spoke with Beller for more about which businesses have been most impacted by the pandemic.
